What are the shipping costs?

This varies very much. It depends on what you order, how much and which shipping method you choose. With tracking or without, insured or uninsured... To find out the shipping costs for your order, it is best to add everything you would like to order to your shopping cart and then follow the steps. In the shipping step you can see all the different options.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

All orders from Belgium are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will usually receive it within 2-4 working days. If you live in the Netherlands this is different. All orders from the Netherlands will be posted on Friday. You will usually receive it the next working day. From the moment I ship the package, I am not liable for delays in the post and/or when they deliver it. Sometimes the shipping day is slightly different and takes a little longer, or sometimes less long, but then I try to share this on my socials so that you are aware of this!

RETURNS
Every order placed is made, packed and shipped with lots of love. If you are not satisfied, that is a shame, but it is certainly no problem to return your products.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
You can do this by contacting me within 14 days of receiving your order. After this you have 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned unused and undamaged in the original packaging.

! You CANNOT return earrings and hair accessories. This is for the sake of hygiene. Personalized products cannot be returned because they are made to order and tailor-made for the customer.

As soon as I have received your return and the conditions have been agreed, you will receive a voucher with which you can choose something new on the website!
NB! Returns are at your own expense!
Conditions :
The product must be in the same condition as you received it. So it should not have any damage, stains, perfume odors...
Isn't this the case? Then unfortunately I can't give you a voucher.
